Jot down four honest reasons, as loosely as you like — a phrase is plenty, full sentences aren't needed. Titles fit about 2 words, details about 50 — type past that and "Shorten to fit" will ask AI to tighten it for you. AI also polishes automatically on every report you run, if this is switched on in Report Settings. Leave a reason blank to fall back to Evidata's generic default for it, and don't list something you don't actually offer, like a human review, if you don't do one.
